Refunds/Returns

At APetsPlanet, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you and your furry angel are happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unused item within 30 days from the order date. Please note return shipping costs apply. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all items included, and in its original packaging. 
You'll need to include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Damages, or issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your item was delivered defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

 

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please contact us regarding the reason for the exchange within 30 days of the order date, and include which product you are wanting to exchange yours with. Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, and in its original packaging) Shipping fees may apply.

 

Refunds:

We will contact you once we have received your return, and inspect it to ensure the item is in refundable condition. We will let you know if your item is approved for a refund or not. If approved you'll be immediately refunded to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note, returning a used product, missing items, or incorrect item, etc, will render the return ineligible for a refund.

 

Order Cancellations:

If you want to cancel your order before it ships for a full refund, please contact us within 12 hours from the time your order was placed.

Orders are ineligible for cancellations after they ship. We ship all orders within 12-48 hours. To ensure you cancel your order in time, please contact us at support@apetsplanet.com within 12 hours to cancel your order for a full refund.

If your order already shipped, you can return your order upon receiving it for a full refund. Please contact support@apetsplanet.com for order cancellations, and return requests.
