We off a lifetime warranty on our products. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority! If you ever have any issues with your product, we will replace it, free. Or offer you a full refund.
We have a 30 day return policy if you want to return your product unused. You will be fully refunded once we receive the product.
Please email us at support@apetsplanet.com before returning! We will give you instructions, etc. you need to follow in order to receive your refund.

A part of our lifetime warranty, if you are unsatisfied in anyway, we will offer free returns to unused products. For used products please email us so we can work out the best solution for you!

APetsPlanet is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products for all of our customers! This means you'll never have to buy another on of our products twice. Unless you want two of course:)
Lifetime Warranty requirements
In order to get your lifetime warranty on your product. You need to sign up for your lifetime warranty. Please do this by either emailing us at support@apetsplanet.com or using the QR code included in every purchase! To redeem the lifetime warranty you have to purchase your product from our website, or on Amazon.com
If your product is damaged upon arrival, damaged during use, or in anyway becomes unusable. Please reach out for your free replacement!
